![]() ![]() Once that happens and all of the track changes are accepted, the in-copy document will be sent to the designer (who happens to be in Germany) and he will do the layout. ![]() Those word documents will be imported into In-Copy, edited using track changes and exported as MS Word documents to the topic editors who will make further edits with MS Word track changes and send them back to the writers who will again import the Word document back into In-Copy and that is how this workflow will progress until the content is ironed out. We have a group of Topic Experts who will be asked to write their contributing articles in Microsoft Word. There are two main writers (myself and another writer) and we will be the keepers of the In-Design and In-copy files. I am about to begin working for the first time with In-Design and In-Copy on a project at my company that has a workflow that is as follows: ![]()
